With over 20+ years of combined experience, our leadership team knows what to look for and excels in providing the best service for our clients. The mission is to help our clients restore and maintain their commercial properties. Our integrated team of hard-working and talented individuals has a reputation for walking each client through our clearly defined process for the best results. We build long-lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure everyone is valued and heard. Meet the Founder
He is a Visionary, serial entrepreneur, devoted businessman, and loving father of four. In 2000, he started Intact with only 200 dollars in his pocket with a solid ambition to turn a couple of hundred dollars into millions. He started Intact as a commercial cleaning business for many of Minnesota’s major buildings. In 2006, he expanded his business by hiring a supportive team that helped him with the operations and management of the small warehouse he had in Minneapolis. In 2010, Edwardo had a passion for construction and real estate. He noticed a gap in the construction industry and took advantage of projects needing to be delivered timely, and communication of the construction process could be more transparent. Edwardo loves keeping relationships intact and wants to contribute more to the industry.
Edwardo has built upon his business success by making sure Intact is much more than a company – it’s a partner in the community. His commitment to excellence and quality is reflected in all that he does, from providing top-notch cleaning services to participating in local charity events. He takes great pride in what he has achieved and even more in the relationships he has developed with all those who have come to know and trust Intact Services.
When Edwardo isn’t busy running his business, you can often find him spending time with his four kids. He loves them dearly and values the unique perspectives each brings to his life. His family is a great source of strength and support for him – something he cherishes every day.

We partner with BOMA to find information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
