We team with a wide range of industry associations to expand our knowledge, as well as our reach within the community. As we continuously strive for more, we want to be more informed, so we can make smarter decisions for ourselves as well as our customers.
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM is the home for all real estate management professionals. It’s a community dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing value and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.
Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA)
We’re a member of the state-wide nonprofit trade organization, MHA. With nearly 2,100 members representing more than 250,000 housing units throughout Minnesota, MHA is the voice of the state’s multi-housing industry.
Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
We partner with BOMA to find information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
